Pricing & Policies
Pricing varies according to each individual client’s needs. We offer an hourly rate of $35/hour for individual assignments or projects. as well as retainer plans for those clients who need a minimum number of hours of support each month.

Retainer Terms
Admin Genie requires the first month’s retainer amount and return of the signed Work Agreement prior to commencing work. Additional hours will be billed at the same discounted service level as the contract rate states. Unused time is not refunded, but can be carried forward. Special materials and supplies required for specific client work will be billed on the monthly invoice (i.e. postage, envelopes, shipping fees, etc.). Retainer clients will be billed the 15th of every month for the following month with net 15 terms (payment is required prior to that month’s services beginning). Payments not received by the 10th of the month are considered late and subject to a late fee of 1.5% of the total invoice.
Payment Deposit and Terms (Non-Retainer)
All new, non-retainer clients are required to pay 50% down before work begins. Once a business relationship has been established, clients will be invoiced upon completion of the project or task and prior to delivery. Terms will be net 10.
Business Hours
Admin Genie operates from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Central Time. Hours needed outside of this will be by negotiation only and will be charged a premium rate.
